Organizational Culture: Sense of Belonging and Representation In conjunction with developing and evaluating policies, Misha coordinated and facilitated multiple adult learning workshops and trainings for a network of 16 school directors and 40 staff members. Her work assisted educators in exploring their role in unintentionally supporting the marginalization of their Black and Brown students and colleagues. |

Misha's Room Live: De-stress Misha supported Southeastern Louisiana University’s Black Student Union in educating their campus on stress management and relief. They discussed physiological responses to stress and shared strategies to PROACTIVELY PREPARE for stressful situations. |
Misha's Room Live: Mental Health Misha was invited to facilitate a workshop on mental health awareness at the 2019 Multicultural and International Student Affairs Leadership Retreat at her alma mater, Southeastern Louisiana University! Participants practiced stress management strategies (such as writing) using the poem “Paralyzed” as an exemplar and “Things I Imagined” by Solange as motivation. |
