The process of finding peace and understanding within self begins by asking difficult questions, exploring uncharted territory, and debunking irrational fears. Once we get comfortable being uncomfortable, then we may find value in uplifting and celebrating difference. Education, in all forms, is a key to wholeheartedly embracing diversity and pursuing liberation. 

My graduate research shares the story of designing a space for intentional reflection, education, and exploration to shift organizational culture.
